Wyoming and South Dakota, June 2016

Continuing Operation Save Photos 😉 and catching up. We are near Oshkosh, Wisconsin tonight but catching up on sharing from WY and SD, June, 2016. Part 1

So far my favorite state flag is Wyoming!!

#thepossibilitarians

Moving day again; leaving CO

This was pretty much our view of Wyoming.

I love the state flag; this day was the strongest wind we’ve ever driven through. I hear it’s normal for Wyoming. That’s sky!

I made Daisy take a pic with me!

Our calling cards have this image as the background… Lots of open (windy!) road!

We miss gardening; in Colorado we picked up a sage plant that lives in the van with us.

My view 😉 He’s driven us many miles… Our van just flipped over 100k on this last move.

Cattle and prairie dogs BOTH outnumber people 3 to 1 in Wyoming. We saw very little if ANY of thing or any one!

Arriving at Mt. Rushmore

Ruby wanted to wear her wedding dress… And Converse. 😉

We made it! Glad for the nice weather as well!

Best selfie I could get with Chris…

This was a sweet memory 😉

A rare sight!!

Chris thought this would be funny… The girls didn’t get it but they played along!

Rapid City, SD. So close to the interstate, we could throw a rock over the railroad tracks… So loud and busy for two weeks.

Cherry Lynn Lego dream workspace; she’s enrolled in an illustrators course through DIY JAM. Her desk is made of [imaginary] gummies!

Wind Cave Jr Ranger Program With friends and neighbors, the Brewers. 😉

This sign cracked me up; population 15. I thought I was from a small town! And is that a real price for cigs??

On our way to Devils Tower, WY

Devils Tower is unlike anything I’ve ever seen…

Kids are working on Jr Ranger Badges; it really is fun!

Continuing… Some of these Jr Ranger programs are tough!

So much granite below; but the tower doesn’t LOOK like granite..

I was playing around; trying to take a photo of the valley through the binoculars; THIS was actually a reflection of the tower behind me. I thought it was cool…

This Valley was magnificent!!! So hard to capture… So hard to leave!! I wanted to stay!

We almost ran out of gas!! So glad to find this station..

Our late night… We were extra low on fuel… SO RELIEVED to find a gas station in the middle of nowhere! We thought this 2 lbs of rice crispy treat was hilarious; and the price tag even more ridiculous! Guess how much!!
