It’s actually Clayton, NY… Where the famous salad dressing originated; oh this place is beautiful!!! Would love to return tour the islands.
Also, to shop again at River Rat Cheese. We bought Cheddar aged 10,12,18, and 20 years!!!

I am sure 1000 is an exaggerated number, but this town Clayton NY is super pretty and right on the water. There are many castles on the islands… At least the ones we could see 😉
