KRJ: So visiting this fortune cookie factory, we learned how the famous Chinese treat is made. It’s basically a circle and it pours batter in one end and spins while it bakes each circle. Then when it comes out the other end a factory worker grabs it and folds the paper around it, then places it in a pocket so it can cool and harden in the proper shape. They offered regular fortune cookies, but also strawberry, chocolate, and green tea (which was DISGUSTING). We also got to write our own messages on pieces of paper and have her fold them into cookies for a personal message to the cookie recipient lol @ Golden Gate Fortune Cookies
